Privacy note

Sciential Inside is the client portal of Sciential B.V. It shows you what we do for your organization. This note explains which data the portal processes and why.

What we store

• Your name, work email address, job title and the organization you belong to.
• The content of your account: roadmap, deliverables, comments, approvals, requests, agreements and hour statements.
• Sign-in events, with time and IP address, kept in an audit log for two years.

How we use your activity

We record which pages and files client users open, which articles they read, the comments and approvals they give, and the first time each person sees an update or deliverable. We show this to your Sciential team in aggregated form per person, so they know which information is useful to you. We do not track scrolling, do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and do not share this data outside Sciential.

AI assistance

Your Sciential team can use Anthropic's Claude to turn their own notes, or a project document, into a draft update. A person reviews every draft before anything appears in the portal. Anthropic processes this content as our subprocessor and does not use it to train models.

Cookies

The portal sets one session cookie to keep you signed in and one security cookie that protects forms. Sciential team members also get a cookie that remembers whether edit mode is on. No other cookies are used.

Where the data lives

The portal runs on Cloudflare with storage in the EU jurisdiction. Contracts and hour data are confidential under our General Terms and Conditions and are never included in emails.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for its deletion, at any time by emailing inside@scientialmarketing.com.
